Fi's coaching specifically targets where you feel stuck, and supports you to reprogram the beliefs and meanings you have given the events of your life. Everything is reprogrammable, you just need to know how, this is what coaching helps you to do

Who can benefit?

Anyone feeling stuck or seeking direction. If you have the tendency to over react, take things personally or respond in ways you rather you didn't, Fi's techniques are perfect for you!

How do sessions work?

Sessions are one-on-one, tailored to your needs, usually lasting an hour. If you are serious about transforming your habits, it is recommended to commit to a session pack (8 or 12 sessions) to enable you the opportunity to create lasting change
