My Philosophy
Are you on the path to Find Inner Peace? If so, you are in the right place! My life mission is to Find Inner Peace and teach what I've learnt, to other brave souls walking this path. For many years I understood this quest as learning to unconditionally love and accept. Some know it as the path of enlightenment. Still not sure if you are on it? Does something inside you long to feel at one again? Or to cease being pulled to and fro by external circumstances? I identify that longing as a pull to Self Liberation, Enlightenment or Inner Peace. If you feel that same sense of longing, congratulations! You are walking the path to free yourself from the suffering cycle. Freedom from this cycle is the only true, lasting Peace.
What is the suffering cycle? It is the habit of reacting to external circumstances with craving or aversion. Do you have a tendency to distract, numb or push away discomfort? This is aversion in action. If your habit is to run from discomfort and the things you do not like, you remain unable to see that it is not what happens to you that is holding you back. It is actually your beliefs. I know how hard this can be accept. I had a victim mentality and ran from discomfort for most of my life. For 10 years I spent no longer than 3 months in one village/ town! The victim mentality blocked me from seeing that there was no one to blame for my experiences, except my own beliefs. I repeatedly found myself in places that did not meet my needs, believing the external was at fault. The truth was, it was my belief system attracting circumstances that matched those beliefs. In my story, it was a belief my needs are not a priority. You see, the belief system that you have is a magnet, attracting situations that match those beliefs. However, the most amazing thing about beliefs is they are not permanent fixtures! You have the choice to change what you believe and as a result the circumstances you will attract.
Take a moment to reflect on your own life. Do you sometimes feel like a victim of circumstance? Are you aware of the limiting beliefs that keep drawing you into those situations?
Without a willingness to sit with discomfort and gently explore what lies beneath it, there is little chance of transforming those self-limiting beliefs. They hold you captive, repeating the same patterns and perpetuating the cycle of suffering.
When I developed the capacity to be with discomfort, I was finally able to see my self-limiting beliefs and how they created my reality. It was not some external force against me (as I used to believe), it was my own beliefs. Seeing the beliefs was a step in the right direction, but I did not know what to do. Without an experienced guide to help me transform them, I was watching the patterns play out, again and again, unable to stop them destroying my life. In time I learnt to transform my limiting beliefs, through frameworks that I now use on coaching clients. If you notice patterns of the same kind of undesirable event occurring (one of mine was unstable homes), I am here to support you to reprogram the subconscious mind and Find Your Inner Peace. Whether you can identify your beliefs yet or not, with the right coaching program, we will be able to identify where you are stuck and transform the beliefs keeping you there. This is freedom! It took me many years to make the changes that I can help you change in mere weeks.
Do you believe in a world where we can all live in peace and harmony? I do! I am actively working towards that world. I walk the path of Finding Inner Peace because the Self Liberation journey is the only way for us all to live that peace and harmony. If something has lit up inside you, you know you are on this journey too. It starts with taking responsibility for the self and recognising your beliefs have created the life you live, even if it was subconsciously. Next, start to change them!
